A Journey of Faith, Perseverance, and Purpose

My journey into the world of construction started humbly, right out of high school. Growing up in a financially struggling household with limited options and no clear direction, I joined my best friend from kindergarten, working for his dad as an installer. Those early days were tough, but they taught me the value of hard work and grit—qualities that would guide me for the rest of my life.

For years, I worked to make ends meet, quietly holding on to a dream of doing something bigger. Then, at 28, I decided to rewrite my story. I went back to school, becoming the first in my family to graduate cum laude from college. That achievement taught me that with determination, resilience, and faith that God is on my side, anything is possible.

Armed with experience, education, and a desire to make a difference, I launched my own construction company, specializing in windows and doors installation and replacement in 2007. I had $2,500 in savings, a 10’ x 10’ bedroom as my office, and a vision: to become a contractor clients could rely on to deliver the ultimate experience in their home improvement projects, no matter how big or small. Whether it’s a home renovation, a commercial build, or a custom construction project, it is my mission to approach every job with the goal of exceeding expectations.

But as the company grew, so did the challenges. My backyard quickly became too small to store the materials arriving weekly. I rented a dilapidated red barn, poured hours into fixing it up, only to have the landlord raise the rent. Frustrated but undeterred, I decided to seek a more permanent solution. I found a bank-owned property that needed significant work. With the same grit and determination that built my company, I transformed it into our headquarters, a space that reflects the hard work and commitment at the heart of our business.

Since then, my company has gained a reputation for delivering five-star results, earning an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and standing by the values that started it all. Every team member upholds our core principles: professionalism, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Our success isn’t just about completing projects; it’s about building lasting relationships.
Today, my construction company is more than just a business—it’s a legacy of faith, perseverance, and purpose in helping others. From humble beginnings to a thriving construction company, my journey is proof that no matter where you start, you can achieve success if you deliver on every promise, do right by your clients, and at the end of the day, gives thanks and praise for the many blessings sent your way.

Mike Foster
Sales and Media Manager
Michael Foster is a sales professional with over 20 years of experience. Throughout his sales career, Michael has earned the trust of several national companies and maintained strong client relationships that generated repeat sales.  Michael stated, “The customer’s needs always come first. I educate clients on our product line, and do not upsell nor push products they don’t need to make an extra buck."  
Michael is a former high school English teacher.  He also is an actor and model that has over 75 Hollywood and international feature film and television credits to his name.  He also has appeared on over 800 romance novel covers.  He and his wife Karina live in Huntsville with their daughter Maggie and their two dogs, Gertie and Sadie.
